Daily Announcements 5/12/25

  • AP Students – check with your AP teachers to ensure you are on the testing rosters that begin today through May 12th.  You must be on time for testing.  Morning tests require you to be on campus by 7:45 AM, leave your belongings with your teacher, and get checked into your test site.  Afternoon tests require that you eat on 1st lunch shift and handle your belongings by 11:45.  Everyone should be seated and ready to go by 8:00 am or noon, respectively.  There are no makeups for tardiness or unexcused reasons.  A doctor’s note is required for makeups due to illness.  We have few makeups, so make it a priority to be here. We cannot be flexible with their rules or timelines.  See Mrs. Lanclos if you have questions.

 

  • If you want to check out early after finals on Thursday, May 15th, you must pick up a checkout slip from the front office.  The slips are due Monday, May 12th.  No emails or parent notes will be accepted.

 

  • CONGRATULATIONS to the Mario Kart 8 Team for winning the LHSAA STATE CHAMPIONSHIP against Dutchtown last saturday at Louisiana Tech

Library Announcements:

 

*Students should turn in any library books they have checked out by Monday, May 12. Any unreturned books as of 5/15 will be marked missing, and the student will be charged the cost of the book. 

 

*Students should turn in any checked out devices WITH the power cord as soon as they are able, but no later than May 15th.

 

*Students should scan textbooks in at the library circulation desk as they finish exams and then return them to their teachers to be checked in for the year.

 

*Any outstanding obligations will be added to the debt list for next year, including the cost of any missing Chromebooks.
