Coach Anderson and members of the Boys and Girls Swim Teams had a good showing at the LHSAA State Swim Meet.  The Girls Team placed 4th overall and the Boys Team placed 10th overall.

Qualifying for the State Meet for the Girls Team were Emma Dong, Elena Pizzaro, Hannah Waddell, Sophie Wiener, and Evelyn Zhang.  Qualifiers for the boys were Nathaniel Bonts, Ethan Hood, Caleb Joseph, and Dru Thatcher.

Dru Thatcher placed third overall for Division II in the 200 medley.

The relay team, consisting of Elena Pizzaro, Hannah Waddell, Sophie Wiener, and Evelyn Zhang placed third overall for Division II in the medley and 2nd overall in freestyle.

Sophie Wiener was the State Champion in both the 100 and 200 free for Division II.

Evelyn Zhang was the State Champion in the 50 free and the 100 backstroke.  She set a LHSAA Division II state record for the 50 free with a time of 23.92.  Based on her performance, Evelyn was selected to receive the Most Outstanding Swimmer Award for Division II.
