“Connie Zhang (pronounced ‘Zhong’) tallied a Perfect Score on the ASMA 2 Mathematics Competition last Thursday,” announced teacher Sue Moyers.

The ASMA is an International Mathematics Competition for High Schools and Junior Colleges.

Zhang, a junior, is president of Mu Alpha Theta, the honorary math society, and is a member of Key Club and the Asian Students Assoc. She has also been a state math winner in the La State Rally.
