Several Magnet students, along with Mrs. Procell and Mr. Stevens, and retired educator Mr. Trudeau, participated in the Montessori-hosted Great American Cleanup on the Coates Bluff Trail this weekend.

Magnet students made up the bulk of the volunteer group.  Students removed 400 pounds of trash from the slough of the old river bed in the middle of the trail. Junior Alex Yu admitted that it was actually fun to pick up trash!
