Abigail Nickelson has been designated a recipient of a Jefferson Scholarship at the University of Virginia. This prestigious scholarship is one of the most highly selective merit scholarships in the nation and is awarded based on demonstrated excellence and exceptional potential in the areas of leadership, scholarship, and citizenship. Each year, over 2100 students from across the globe are nominated, and, of those, approximately 40 students are named Jefferson Scholars. The scholarship provides full academic support for four years of study, as well as enrichment experiences. Congratulations!
