Magnet wrestlers competed this past Saturday at Parkway’s Annual Lone Survivor Wrestling Tournament. Wrestlers were divided into 18-man brackets. Armunti Turner placed 4th, Eddie Williams and Jacob Crusan placed 5th. Congratulations on a job well done!

The Blood Drive will be held Friday, January 22, in the gym from 8:30-3:30. Students must be at least 16 years old to donate. Sixteen year old students need a parent permission form filled out to donate, but students 17 and older do not. All students must sign up for a time to donate. Sign up will take place on January 20-21, during lunch shifts outside the cafeteria. You may pick up permission slips and information from the office or from Mrs. Carruth in the gym.

Track and field athletes: Parent/Athlete meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 19, at 6:00 p.m. in the cafeteria. Conditioning will be held every Monday and Thursday beginning January 11, from 4–5:00 p.m. at the track.

STUDENTS: We have information on driver’s education classes being offered this spring. They are not on the Caddo Magnet campus, but they are at Byrd, Northwood, Southwood, Huntington, Captain Shreve, and the School Board office on Midway Street. The cost is $400.
