Congratulations to CMHS Senior Field Baber, class of 2023.

Field Baber has just received a full offer of appointment to the United States Naval Academy. Acceptance to the US Naval Academy is an honor and students must demonstrate academic proficiency as well as being academically, physically, and mentally fit to live the rigorous life at the Academy. After graduation from the Academy, its graduates commission as Ensigns and 2nd Lieutenants in the Navy and the Marines, respectively.

Field says, “if it weren’t for the rigorous Magnet curriculum in STEM and the resources available at Magnet, I would not be ready for my journey ahead.” Field will leave this summer for the Na val Academy’s rigorous training program, “Plebe Summer”, and afterwards will begin his first academic year. While there, Field wishes to study Physics with a focus in Astrophysics. Congratulations and good luck, Field!
