Magnet Representatives for the WK Community Service Scholarship Chosen

A number of  students submitted applications to be selected to represent Caddo Magnet in the Willis-Knighton Independence Bowl Community Service Scholarship competition.  Only three nominees could be chosen.  This year’s representatives are Tia Jones, Isabel Penales, and Blaise Willis.

EACH YEAR, THE INDEPENDENCE BOWL FOUNDATION, IN CONJUNCTION WITH WILLIS-KNIGHTON HEALTH SYSTEM, AWARDS A $2,500 SCHOLARSHIP EACH TO ONE CADDO PARISH AND ONE BOSSIER PARISH GRADUATING SENIOR FOR THEIR ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE AND COMMITMENT TO OUR COMMUNITIES THROUGH SERVICE.
