Attention Sophomores: Registration for the PreACT is now open! The PreACT will be administered at Magnet High School on March 20 to any sophomore students who desire to take it. The PreACT gives students the opportunity to experience a structured, timed test environment with ACT test-quality questions. The cost of the PreACT test is $12. Students may submit their registration form and $12 fee to Mrs. Moore in the Counselor’s Complex. The deadline to register and pay is March 2.
The Utopia staff is selling Shout Outs for the February edition of the paper. For only $1 you can write a brief message to your best friend, the love of your life, your favorite teacher, or your mom! Shout Outs will be featured in a special section of the February edition. This will be the first hard-copy issue, and we need your support to make it happen. The annual Blood Drive will be held March 2nd from 8:30-3:30 in the gym. Students must be at least 16 years old to donate and a parent permission form is required. Anyone that would like to donate MUST preregister during lunch on February 28th or March 1st and bring a valid picture ID to the blood drive.
